By accessing, registering for, or using the services offered on bootcamp.keithrainz.me (“the Bootcamp”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or enroll in any course.
You must be at least 16 years old to join the Bootcamp. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
Keep your login details confidential
Not share your account with anyone else
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you enroll in a bootcamp or course, you receive personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the materials for the duration indicated on the course page.
You may not:
Copy, redistribute, or resell any course materials
Share videos, downloads, code, or private resources
Re-upload or reproduce the content elsewhere
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Keith Rainz.
All payments made on the platform are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
A technical issue prevents access to the course, AND
We are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for:
Completed or partially completed courses
Failure to participate
Change of mind
We may update schedules, instructors, curriculum, or course availability as needed.
If major changes occur, enrolled students will be notified via email.
You agree not to:
Harass instructors or other participants
Disrupt sessions or community discussions
Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
Attempt to hack, bypass security, or misuse the platform
Violation may result in account suspension without refund.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Bootcamp, you consent to the use of your information as described there.

All content—including videos, PDFs, assignments, branding, design, and source code—belongs to Keith Rainz or its content providers.
Unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.
The Bootcamp may link to external tools or websites.
We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
The Bootcamp is provided “as is” without any guarantees.
We do not guarantee:
Specific learning outcomes
Employment or income results
Error-free or uninterrupted platform operation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keith Rainz is not liable for:
Loss of income
Business interruption
Data loss
Damages caused by misuse of the platform
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Bootcamp is to stop using the service.
We may terminate your account or access if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, you lose access to all course content.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these terms at any time.
The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Bootcamp indicates acceptance of changes.
